Sara Marshall
Sara is a consultant with ESperitus. Before moving to Australia she gained over 10 years recruitment and training experience in London, working for both a leading recruitment company and a US investment bank where she ran the European graduate recruitment and training programmes. Sara joined the research team at Ellington Savage (our parent company) in 2000, working across a wide range of projects and disciplines before moving across to ESperitus in 2004.
Mark Matehaere Mark is an Executive Director of the Ellington Savage Group and he provides strategic advice to the ESperitus practice on an ongoing basis. Graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and an MBA from the University of Otago in New Zealand, Mark has been a recruitment professional since 1987. He has a strong track record of completing senior level appointments through research-based executive search, much of it cross-border.
Joe Lyons Joe joined
the ESperitus team in February 2008, after relocating from the UK, and his background encompasses roles in marketing across a variety of sectors. Joe is a member of the Sydney based research team and plays a vital role supporting both the domestic & cross border consultants on search exercises for clients located in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. His primary focus is on the identification and profiling of target candidates located across all Australian & New Zealand cities.
