• A commitment to complete confidentiality and discretion across all areas of our work. Our profile grows from an increasingly strong reputation for discreet but highly effective search work;


• We will only accept an assignment if we genuinely believe we can deliver. To do otherwise would damage both our reputation and that of our client;


• We will work until there is a satisfactory conclusion to all our assignments or, at a minimum, until we agree with a client that the process has revealed "flaws" in the selection parameters (which could not be identified at the commencement of the exercise) necessitating a reassessment of the client's candidate profile and selection criteria;


• As far as is ethically possible, we will be completely transparent in our work. We believe that clients and candidates have a right to know the precise status of any given assignment;


• We will protect your privacy, please see our Privacy Statement;


• Our clients know who our other clients are and hence the limits to any search;


• We will not accept a brief for one client where there is a risk of it conflicting with an assignment already in train;


• All communication with clients and candidates will be regular, candid and honest;


• No candidate will ever be represented to a client without their knowledge and agreement;


• No commission structure will be applied as part of our consultants' remuneration;


• The consultant entrusted with the brief will be the person who completes it. It will not be passed to a less qualified person behind the scenes.
